Workflow Engine
The workflow engine is the central pillar to the automation of business processes. It allows for the emulation of trays on peoples desks. In the days of pandemics the inability to simply walk over to someones desk and handing off a task is causing us to change our work processes. Many businesses rely on email and spreadsheets to do this kind of work. The problem with them, is that there is no single source of truth and miscommunication can cause major hickups and potential embarassment and legal issues. The workflow engine provides a similar experience to passing work around in an office, but there is auditting and when you get a task, you can also be provided with the tools to act on it at the same time.
Rules Engine
The rules engine is an add on component to the Workflow engine. It adds automation logic around trays that can move tasks between trays, escalate issues and manipulate content automatically. For example you can add a rule that will place a task into a pool of inbox trays that a number of people share and it can do it by leveling the load or distributing tasks round robin to all the appropriate trays. You can look at tasks in a tray and if they are sat their too long, escalate them. You can compare values and route tasks to the appropriate user E.g. a load request comes in and is for $X, a rule can route that task to the appropriate user for processing.
Document Management
The document management solution allows for the integration of email, fax, document scanners, motion sensing cameras, infact anything that can produce a file. It allows for the taging and storing and even parsing of documents. And by parsing we are talking about pre or post processing of file content E.g. OCR/ICR, linting, form filling etc.
Form Builder
Form Builder takes an Excel spreadsheet as input and generates web page forms from the input, with single sign on. You can use the Form Builder's output as stand alone web pages or integrate them as manual steps with the workflow engine.
API Builder
The API Builder takes an Excel spreadsheet as input and generates CRUD web services with the data in the spreadsheet as populated content. It also integrates in the same session token used in Form Builder and therefore provides you with the same rights management control as provided by all our solutions.
